**About the role**

The Warranty Coordinator is responsible for a range of duties including attending to all warranty claims in a timely manner, processing and answering calls relating to warranty matters, sales and general enquires. The role also entails booking in customers for service repairs whilst also following up on orders and sales in a workshop/retail environment.

NRV has over 20 years’ experience offering a wide range of services for caravans & recreational vehicles. This position plays an integral part in maintaining NRV’s high levels of customer service. This position will present the opportunity for career progression and professional development.

**The key responsibilities include**:

- Attending to all warranty matters in a timely manner.
- Ensure all claim details are accurate and processed per NRV guidelines.
- Booking in customers for service requests.
- Answering phone calls relating to warranty matters sales and general enquiries.
- Processing retail orders and following up on the status of all customer orders, ticketing and shelving.
- Ordering parts and where needed maintaining stock levels.
- Maintain stock retail cleanliness.
- Closing the shop as necessary.
- A passion for Warranty, customer service and great attention to detail.
- Experience in a warehousing/distribution business or the caravan sector is a bonus.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Strong Microsoft Office Skills.
- Strong multitasking skills can easily juggle multiple priorities.
- Strong customers service and administrative skills.
- Warranty claim skills is a bonus, or a passion for working within claims.
