Marketing Services Officer

**About the role**
As Marketing Services Officer you will be responsible to assist in the delivery of measurable, solution driven and engaging campaigns to support and influence the marketing and communication initiatives for the City of Ipswich. This includes project managing end-to-end campaigns, managing the marketing services workflow and managing external supplier relationships ensuring best value, timeliness, quality and agreed outcomes.
Some of your key responsibilities will include:
- Assist in the day-to-day operations of the Marketing Services team
- Project manage the coordination and delivery of marketing campaigns
- Ensure consistently high standards of material output across disciplines of design, creative, copy, channels, media, and digital
- Coordinate the printing of collateral and other material with a responsibility for supplier relations, stock recommendations, press and proof checking, and account administration

**About you**
To be successful in this role you will:
- Be a passionate marketing professional with exceptional communication skills
- Have relevant qualifications in a marketing, communications, visual communication, or digital media discipline and/or relevant experience
- Have demonstrated project management, planning and prioritising skills to ensure events are delivered accurately and efficiently and within budget
- Ideally hold a current Queensland C class driver’s licence
Due to the nature of this role, you may be required to work outside of core office hours.

This is a 12 month fixed term position, Level 5 with a salary commencing at $93,169 plus 12.5% superannuation.
