We are looking for experienced Retail Managers to take on a busy department within this successful retailer.

You will love the diversity & complexity of this company/position, with exposure to high level reporting, ongoing training, development and progression opportunities.

With fresh stock coming in daily giving you the opportunity to enhance your merchandising skills & up-skilling your team of 10-40.

**About You**:

- Passionate, motivating Manager who leads by inspiring teams to deliver
- Proven success in mentoring teams
- Strong communication skills with an ability to style shift to suit your audience
- Love working in a fast paced, ever changing environment
- Large format / Big Box / High Volume retail experience is essential
- Understand how you can influence customer loyalty

**About the Role**:

- Manage high volume of deliveries and stock
- Ability to quickly prioritise and understand where you can make immediate wins
- Direct team in a fast paced, always busy environment
- Deliver exceptional customer service - make their day
- Ensure store standards are consistently met
- Manage staff performance - strong T&D and performance management skills required
