This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking to further develop their career in the HR field. In this newly created role, you will support the implementation and coordination of WHS compliance, support the wellbeing and practice of each teams and facilitating the functions of a small Human Resources team. You will also have the chance to be involved in other areas of the HR function with the chance to learn, develop and grow in your career. If you have an upbeat personality, positive attitude, and a desire to learn, this could be a great opportunity for you.
**About the Role**:
- Provide advice, support, education and coaching to all employees on best practice Human Resource Management (HRM) in accordance to relevant policies, Enterprise Agreements and legislation
- Maintain a strong customer focus by identifying and escalating complex enquiries as appropriate and ensuring prompt responses to customer enquiries and effective resolution of matters.
- Identify and contribute ideas and suggestions for continuous improvement
- Assisting with onboarding and employee life cycle functions
- Assisting to ensure that all teams are providing quality service in line with their roles and legislation
- Ensuring the organisation is compliant with Industrial Relations legislation and Awards
- Administering people, culture and human resources communications
- Supporting the wellbeing and safety of staff members under at times challenging circumstances
- Facilitating the review and updating of people and culture documentation
- Coordinating wellness, employee engagement, and culture-building events and programs
- Maintaining employee records and associated reporting functions
- Providing assistance to employees with people, culture, and safety queries

**Skills & Experience**:
- Leadership - ability to motivate, teach, and inspire other members of the team
- Sound level of skill in the provision of specialist advice, support and awareness on P&C matters such as employment law, industrial relations, Enterprise Agreements and legislation
- Strong strategic planning and problem solving skills
- Able to work unsupervised and time/task orientated, works well in a dynamic team environment
- Energy/Passion (Charisma/Presence) - Displays the necessary behaviours of a positive team member, whilst always challenging themselves, others within the team and the wider business to find ways to improve
