**The Company**
Our client is a growing, reputable company in the Manufacturing industry experiencing rapid expansion and is seeking an Administration Officer to join the Kewdale team. This is an excellent opportunity for a self-starter to grow their career within a company that offers the ability to upskill and advance your career.
**The Role**
Your fit within the role will be dependent on your proven experience Administration and Customer Service experience with key responsibilities including:
- Answering and directing phone calls to relevant staff
- Managing inbound customer service calls with a professional manner
- Database management and data entry
- Resolving customer service queries in a timely manner, and redirecting high level queries to internal stakeholders
- Processing of orders for clients / customers with accuracy and adhering to time frames required for order processing
- Being a point of contact for a range of staff and external stakeholders
- Maintaining and building relationships with external customers
- Processing and directing incoming and outgoing packages/deliveries
- Database analysis for upcoming orders, stock control, and ensure accurate timeframes are liaised with customers
**About you**
To be successful in this role, you will be someone who has very strong administration and customer service experience, as well as being passionate about building relationships with others. You will also be an exceptional communicator on all levels, possess excellent organisational skills and have a strong work ethic which will allow you to thrive working in this fast-paced environment.
