Minara Resources has an opportunity for an experienced Administration Officer to join our established and dedicated team.

Minara Resources is Australia’s largest cobalt producer and a major world producer of nickel. Our Murrin Murrin site in WA’s northern Goldfields is an integrated nickel and cobalt mining and processing operation employing over 1,000 people. **The Role**
This role is a member of a skilled, supportive, and hardworking team largely supporting the supply chain function. This role is responsible for providing general administration support and reception duties.

You will be responsible for:

- Undertaking reception duties - phone, mail, stationery, office management, arrange meetings and distribute minutes,, reports, KPI’s;
- Raising purchase orders and receipting;
- Maintaining employee rosters and processing travel and accommodation requests;
- On and off boarding of employees; and
- Providing advice and support to employees including interpretation of policies and procedures; ensuring consistency and compliance.

**About You**
This role would suit an experienced administrator with high attention to detail and a strong customer service focus. You will also have:

- Demonstrated experience in a similar administration role;
- Highly proficient computer skills including advanced Microsoft Office Suite: (Outlook, Excel & Word);
- Previous experience using integrated management systems. (Oracle and SAM advantageous);
- Exposure to or an understanding of the supply chain function (advantageous);
- The ability to work efficiently with high attention to detail; and
- Ability to remain professional whilst managing workload and competing priorities.
