Data#3 is looking for a proactive and experienced Desktop Support Analyst to join our high performing team on a 12 month full time contract with possible extensions, to work onsite with our client based in Sydney. Travel between sites will be a requirement of this role.

**Key Skills**
- Hardware and Desktop Platforms (Microsoft) troubleshooting skills
- Operating System (OS & Windows) troubleshooting skills
- Experience providing IT support to senior executives
- Strong verbal communications skills essential as is the ability to assist novice and experienced IT users
- Experience performing basic hardware diagnostics, routine moves, adds and changes

**Key Responsibilities**
- Resolve customer problems and requests to SLAs
- Perform incident analysis
- Provide video conferencing assistance and fault finding
- Manage AD user and group maintenance, folder/file access management
- Exchange management of users, resources and groups
- Assign RSA tokens and manage remote access
- Perform general administration and management of job logging functions
- Contribute to documentation and procedures

**About you**
- You should have a minimum 3 years' experience in a corporate IT environment
- Preferably you will be MCP certified in Desktop Platforms
- Have exceptional communication skills both verbally and written
- Be presentable, well-groomed and aligned with corporate dress code.
- Be a team player but have the ability to work autonomously to achieve the best outcome for the client
- Possess the skills and traits necessary to being successful as a Desktop Engineer, such as professionalism and dedication
- Strong verbal communications skills essential as is the ability to assist novice and experienced IT users
- ITIL certification desirable
- Relevant Tertiary Education desirable
