This role is perfect for someone who loves talking to people and buzzes off helping others

You’ll be mainly answering inbound calls from personal customers and brokers, about a range of simple to complex enquires as well as managing some ad-hoc admin and data entry tasks.

The customer queries will range from online banking questions and mortgage enquiries to escalations and disputes.

**The nitty-gritty**:

- Customer Service Advisor roles (Consumer Banking department)
- $32.69 p/h + Superannuation
- 38 hours, 8am
- 8pm rotating roster (Monday-Sunday, rosters will be provided a month in advance and rotates weekly)
- Weekend work (on average - once a month)
- 12-month temporary assignment (opportunity for permanency/extension
- you’ll need to be committed to this role for at least 18 months before moving into other teams)
- Sydney CBD location
- Hybrid working after 6-8 weeks of training (3 days office, 2 days from home
- laptop and headset provided)

**You’ve got me hooked What skills to I need to have to impress them?**

The role is ideal for someone who has a background in Customer Service (this can be retail or hospitality) and for someone who would love to get into banking. Don’t worry you don’t need any finance experience to do this role
