Other key responsibilities for this role include:

- Invoicing and assisting with accounts payable;
- Corporate secretarial services including handling ASIC forms, tax registrations, new entity registrations, compilations of annual accounts and income tax returns, etc;
- Liaising with clients to send and receive information and documents, manage meeting bookings, and onboard and delete clients;
- Utilising IT systems to maximise office efficiencies, while also supporting staff with IT issues;
- Some personal assistant support to the Director as required.
