**About the Role**:
As the Executive Assistant, your duties may include:

- Contributing to the development of an integrated team approach and culture which is highly responsive to the needs of our consumers
- Planning and co-ordinating appointments and meetings with other departments, health and tertiary educational institutions, outside organisations and boards
- Providing a confidential executive secretarial and support service using initiative and judgement to interpret guidelines, and developing and implementing procedures to ensure an efficient service
- Preparing, collecting and distributing information required for meetings including agendas, minutes and facilitating the actioning of relevant action items

This vacancy is currently for up to six months, with the possibility of extension at the end of this term.

**To be successful for the role**:

- Demonstrated ability to use a wide range of computer software packages, e.g. Microsoft Office programs
- Experience in a health service environment dealing with infants, children, young people, adolescents and their families
- Demonstrated ability to determine and organise priorities, plan appropriately, meet deadlines under pressure and take initiative where appropriate
