About the Role
The Rostering Lead will oversee and manage the rostering function across multiple Residential Aged Care Facilities (RACFs). This pivotal role ensures the efficient coordination of staffing, with a focus on maintaining high-quality consumer care. You will lead a dedicated rostering team, manage workforce planning, and collaborate with key stakeholders to optimise the use of resources while ensuring compliance with relevant industrial relations and award obligations.

You are a dynamic, solutions-focused professional with extensive experience in rostering within healthcare or aged care settings. You possess strong leadership and team management skills, with expertise in workforce planning, resource allocation, and industrial relations. Your excellent communication abilities are matched by a keen attention to detail. You possess strong decision-making and problem-solving skills, paired with a growth mindset that keeps you always eager to learn and improve.
