Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Workforce Management Support Officer to join our team as a Rostering Efficiency Specialist. This role will involve optimizing rostering practices, supporting Disability Services and Youth Justice Services, and collaborating with stakeholders to drive business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Rostering Optimization: Develop and implement efficient rostering strategies to minimize labor costs and maximize productivity.
  • System Administration: Provide administrative support for UKG Pro system, including template and workload adjustments.
  • Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the rostering system, ensuring seamless stakeholder experience.
  • Data Auditing: Perform data audits, generate reports, and ensure data accuracy and compliance.
  • System Updates: Test new system features and contribute to implementing updates.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Team Collaboration: Contribute to team morale by participating in activities and supporting colleagues.

About You

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Proven Administrative Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in administrative roles, with excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Exceptional Attention to Detail: Strong analytical skills for problem-solving and developing effective solutions.
  • Time Management Abilities: Excellent time management abilities to handle high workloads and meet deadlines.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to engage with stakeholders effectively.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and adaptability to new systems and technologies.
  • Familiarity with Workforce Management Systems: Experience in building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders, and familiarity with workforce management systems like UKG Pro.

Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per annum
