Guest Relations Manager

The Perpetual Group reception in the Sydney and Melbourne offices welcome clients and guests, and act as a communication hub between clients/guests and team members.
The mission of the role is to lead a team to deliver Front and Back of House Services to external and internal customers and guests, creating a first class guest service experience that is professional, efficient, safe and aligns to Perpetual’s Future Fit Workplace strategy.

- People Leadership - Manage a team of predominantly outsourced Front and Back of House Services staff in Sydney and Melbourne- Process Management - Implement and enhance operating procedures and work plans- Vendor Management - Relationship management of vendors/outsourced services- Budget Management - Manage, track and report on allocated budget, including invoice processing and recharging of services rendered
To be considered for this opportunity, your qualifications, skills and experience could include:
- Tertiary qualifications in Hospitality, Events Management or Front and Back of House Management- Min 3-5 years in a corporate environment or equivalent- Experience with managing and working with vendors and service providers- Experience in managing people- Exceptional customer service and communications skills (oral and written)
Note- The role may be required to work out of hours from time to time to supervise functions and events- This role will be based in the Sydney Head Office Monday to Friday full-time- Travel within Australia may be required (Melbourne)
