**The Role**
We are looking for a talented individual with a passion for leading a small team, as part of the Program’s Office, helping the successful delivery of programs.

In this exciting role, you will work collaboratively as part of a team and with a number of Program Leaders and stakeholders. You will be responsible for performing complex procedural, operational, administrative and business support activities; and managing workflow and resources.

The administrative tasks you will be responsible for overseeing and undertaking include:

- Travel.
- Procurement.
- Recruitment.
- Support to Program Leaders and the Chief’s Office.
- The division’s records management structure.
- Preparation of program support documents.
- Development of divisional standard operating procedure.
- Assisting with high level visits.

You will set the work area priorities for the team, develop strategies and evaluate business outcomes. You will utilise your excellent interpersonal skills to provide guidance, advice and resolve issues. You will supervise, coach and mentor staff to develop the quality of work undertaken; and nurture a culture that fosters inclusiveness and high performance.

**About our Team**
You will work in a small team that forms part of the Program Office in either Air & Space division or Cyber, Intelligence & National Security division.

Air and Space division is responsible for delivering innovation and science and technology programs to support Defence capability in the Air and Space Domains.

Cyber, Intelligence and National Security division leads the delivery of innovation and science and technology programs for Defence intelligence, joint capabilities and joint operations.
