**About You**
You are a skilled administrator with a passion for organisation and providing high-quality customer service. You take initiative to deliver results and seize opportunities with a customer and outcome focus. You have high-level attention to detail and can work to competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
**About the Role**
Reporting to the Team Leader: Academic Services, you will be responsible for undertaking a broad range of administrative activities associated with the delivery of UniSA STEM’s programs and research activities.

**UniSA STEM** links engineering, mathematics, science, defence and cybersecurity, environmental science, aviation, information technology, construction and project management, harnessing the connections across disciplines to bring big ideas to fruition. **Essential Skills and Experience**
- Previous experience working in an administrative role in a team-based service environment
- Written and verbal communication skills including preparation of written materials and experience in liaising with people at all levels both internal and external to an organisation to deliver quality customer service
- Organisational and time management skills to manage multiple priorities under broad direction
- Demonstrated experience in using information systems and the Microsoft Office suite of programs
