**A typical day will have you**:

- Answering inbound calls
- Following up with outbound calls
- Providing exceptional professional customer service

**We’re looking for someone with**:

- Call centre experience
- Experience in CRM software use
- Empathy in working with older people and their representatives
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
