Chairo Christian School is a growing non-denominational Christian school with 1,800 Kinder to Year 12 students attending five picturesque campuses in West and South Gippsland, the Latrobe Valley and the south-eastern outskirts of Melbourne.

Our mission is to provide excellence in Christ-centred education in partnership with families within a caring Christian community. In doing this, we aim to prepare students thoroughly for further study, careers, service and life in general.

We are currently seeking the services of a dedicated **Kindergarten Administration Officer** to work at our Drouin East campus, commencing in Term 1 next year. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a caring Christian environment and assist the Head of Kindergartens with administration tasks for all Chairo kindergartens.

Some key responsibilities will include the following:

- Providing a godly example to students and fellow staff members through their practice, manner, relationships and general lifestyle
- Maintaining student and staff records associated with the kindergartens
- Preparing various spreadsheets to keep accurate records
- Maintaining student medical records and ensuring medical plans are current
- Providing general administration support as required by the Head of Kindergartens
- Providing support to the campus office during busy periods of the school day
- Demonstrated commitment to the school’s Statement of Faith
- Experience in school or kindergarten administration (desirable)
- Excellent people skills, and a professional and friendly demeanour
- High standard of computer literacy, including MS Word and Excel
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team
- Ability to provide a satisfactory Working with Children Check
