We are seeking two motivated and detail-oriented individuals to join us as AO4 Licensing Assessment Officer for a dedicated project.
**In this role, you will**:
Undertake focused project work, including the scanning and digitalization of physical photo images from QBCC licensees into the ECM system.
Support planning and change management initiatives, contributing to service improvements.
Provide industry insights to enhance proactive service delivery.
**Key Attributes**:
Manage cases using research, decision-making, planning and report writing skills.
Apply, interpret, and provide advice on and implement legislation and policy.
Use communication and problem-solving techniques to achieve innovation and deliver and promote quality customer service.
Contribute to the team to achieve outcomes and effective work relationships.
