What you will do
**In the Principal Project Officer, Kindergarten role, you will**:

- lead or participate in project teams to develop advice, resources (including assessment examples), and professional development materials to support implementation of the QKLG
- work collaboratively, use research and stakeholder consultation to plan, develop policy advice and resources that is informed by research and data
- work collaboratively to develop and deliver professional learning across services in a range of contexts, with a range of stakeholders
- lead and manage projects within timelines, using allocated resources and involving officers across the office of the Authority and external participants
- provide expert advice to the Manager and the Director on issues related to the early years of education, policy initiatives and transition to school
- create and maintain professional relationships between QCAA and key stakeholders
- prepare briefings, correspondence and reports and other high-level correspondence
- participate in forums, workshops and discussion groups in relation to the work of the QCAA.

Reporting relationships
This role reports to the Manager, Kindergarten, the K-10 Curriculum and Assessment Branch. No roles report directly to this role.
