**Talent International is working in partnership with a government department to assist in sourcing experienced **Technical Writers **to join their existing team
The Technical Writer is responsible for enabling the effective delivery of the People & Culture service catalogue through the development of technical documentation, work instructions and user guides that allow for the ongoing uplift of capability and knowledge.
**Key Skills**
- Demonstrated experience producing technical documentation, work instructions and user guides for a range of mediums and channels to meet business internal operations, customer guidance and knowledge needs.
- Ability to Identify and assess technical documentation needs that support People & Culture operations and customers' needs.
- Diploma, Advanced Diploma or Associate Degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent skill, knowledge and experience.
- Prior P&C Government / Education experience - desirable not essential
