**Remuneration details below**:
This position is covered by The RACGP Enterprise Agreement 2022*. The position is remunerated at $76, 016 plus superannuation.
- James Cook University (JCU) Employees: If you are transferring from JCU to a role that is substantially the same as your JCU role, you would continue to receive your current JCU terms and entitlements (including salary). RACGP plans to request Fair Work Commission approval to ‘switch off' the JCU Enterprise Agreement for RACGP employees. If approved, employment terms and entitlements will align with the RACGP Enterprise Agreement. Prospective employees from JCU will be asked if they support this change during the offer stage and more information will be provided.

About the RACGP
The Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (RACGP) is the voice of general practitioners (GPs) in our growing cities and throughout rural and remote Australia. For more than 60 years, we’ve supported the backbone of Australia’s health system by setting the standards for education and practice and advocating for better health and wellbeing for all Australians.

We foster the future of general practice through our profession-led, community-based training model for the Australian General Practice Training Program and other training pathways. We train GPs to deliver quality, whole-person care to patients across Australia, support their ongoing professional development and provide a point of connection for GPs serving communities in every corner of the country.

About you
As our Accreditation Administrator, you’ll have knowledge of education, training and assessment and previously worked within a within a large - scale, diverse and complex organisation where you have developed and maintained relationships in complex and sensitive stakeholder environments. To thrive in this role, you’ll have:
a relevant tertiary qualification or demonstrated equivalent professional experience in business, administration, project coordination
strong program/project implementation experience, including independently prioritising and delivering on multiple tasks.
high-level written and verbal communication skills and proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite in a SharePoint environment
About the opportunity
Reporting directly to the Training Accreditation Lead, you’ll be accountable for the administrative task relating to the Australian General Practice Training (AGPT) accreditation requirements. In addition, you’ll:
provide administrative support to the Regional Accreditation Coordinators in the accreditation and reaccreditation process of both supervisors and practices in each region, ensuring that data management systems are kept up to date.
provide back up support to the Regional Accreditation Coordinators in each region during periods of leave.
Assist in regular reviews and quality assurance activities of the accreditation of both supervisors and practices.
Support the Accreditation Unit and the wider Education Services teams with information regarding progress of accreditation of practices and supervisors.
