**About the Role**
A critical role within the Strategy, Planning and Resources team, the Engagement and Partnerships Coordinator provides high-level support for the work of the Associate Dean (Engagement) (AD(E)) and is responsible for the management of key aspects of the Faculty’s partnerships and engagement portfolio. The Engagement and Partnerships Coordinator works collaboratively with academic and professional staff across the Faculty and University to further develop and implement the Faculty’s engagement and executive education strategies.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Working with the AD(E) to develop engagement strategies and activities, and supporting their implementation
- Supporting the AD(E) to build and manage relationships
- Providing operational support and implementation to the Faculty's engagement activities, including setting up and organising meetings, workshops, and events.

**Who We Are Looking For**
You should have demonstrated experience in stakeholder and partnership management, including implementing related strategies, processes, and work plans. The ability to work autonomously, managing activities and events with considerable independence, initiative, and professional judgment, is crucial. Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills are required to effectively liaise and collaborate with individuals across all organizational levels and external stakeholders. Technology proficiency, including familiarity with popular online office products, collaborative tools, and CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software, is necessary. Furthermore, well-developed data analysis and report-writing skills are essential, showcasing the ability to convey information clearly and effectively with strong attention to detail.

You will also have:

- A degree with substantial relevant experience, extensive experience and management expertise, or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think strategically and exercise judgement and initiative.
- Demonstrated evidence of excellent organisational and time management skills and competencies, including the ability to plan, to prioritise workloads, to work well under pressure, and to handle concurrent tasks.
