As a Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations in the food, beverage, gaming and customer services areas to ensure a smooth operation, with outstanding customer service.

**Qualifications & Experience**
- Previous experience in a hospitality Customer Service Manager/Duty Manager or Service Supervisor role
- A progressive Team Player
- Current RSA and RCG Competency Certifications
- General knowledge of club operations and legislative requirements
- Demonstrated leadership and team player qualities to motivate team members
- Availability to work a roster which includes a mix of days, nights, weekends and public holidays
- Knowledge of Gaming Machines, TAB and Keno operations and required compliance requirements
- A passion for the hospitality industry and providing superior levels of customer service

**Tasks & responsibilities**
- Demonstrated experience in the daily operations Gaming, Food, Beverage & Club Duty Supervision
- Ensuring a superior level of customer service is delivered to all patrons
- Maintaining a safe and comfortable environment for members & guests
- The ability to timely resolve customer enquiries and complaints
- Ensuring the Club’s policies & procedures are adhered along with compliance with the Registered Club Act, RSA & RCG policies
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Exceptional presentation, interpersonal skills and communication
- A positive team-focused individual who leads by example

**Salary**: Up to $34.99 per hour
