We are currently seeking a Mechanical Supervisor for our busy client in Unanderra.

The main focus of this role is to provide project outcomes while supporting staff with mechanical construction knowledge, experience and mentoring.

**Main Duties of the Position**:

- Adhere to and support the company’s Code of Conduct & Company Values
- Encourage and provide customer and employee feedback as a regular way of working.
- To monitor & maintain KPI’s for all work performed.
- Give feedback on personnel schedule and assigned work.
- Ensure assigned tasks are completed in scope and timing.
- Mentor and support staff, sharing key skills and capability.

**Essential Criteria**
- Mechanical Trade Certificate
- Minimum 5 years in contracting
- Have the ability to consistently estimate costs for scopes of work & time to complete
- Have the ability to plan work effectively

This a temp to perm role, with an immediate start & rate will be negotiated after the interview processes is completed.
