CBRE Advisory & Transaction Services includes: Tenant Representation, Structured Transactions & Advisory Services, Workplace Strategy, Leasing and Transaction Management Disposals & subleasing. - Platform/Operations: Ensuring best in class tools, technology and operations are available to the business in addition to continual policy, procedure and process improvement.
- Marketing: Assist in identifying green space opportunities in market, partner with Marcomms to develop & implement marketing strategies.
- Recruitment & Retention: Working closely with People, Talent Acquisition and Learning & Development to source, manage and retain existing talent and maximise engagement.
- Active management of financial performance, including monitoring, forecasting, budgeting, expense management and use of Strategic Marketing Fund.
- Collaborate with Business line leaders and drive the business planning process, review strategy and track goals.
- Foster strong relationships with the broader CBRE business to encourage increased collaboration and communication.
- Drive change, challenge current state processes, seek growth opportunities and efficiencies.

**About you**:

- Proven experience in an operationally focused role preferably within Property or Professional Services.
- Relationship driven, open communicative style, customer focused.
- Big picture thinker with the ability to join the dots, think commercially and cut through ambiguity.
- Highly organised, efficiency driven, strives for better ways of working.
- Proficiency in MS Office, articulate and numerate.
- Previous participation in technology roll outs.
