Key Responsibilities:

- Guest Experience Excellence - deliver exceptional guest experiences by anticipating needs, providing personalised service, and ensuring every stay is unforgettable.
- Property Maintenance - coordinate regular inspections, maintenance, and repairs to uphold the highest standards of quality and comfort.
- Team Leadership - lead and inspire a dedicated team of housekeeping staff, maintenance personnel, and contractors to deliver excellence in every aspect of property management.

**Requirements**:

- Do you have experience in Hospitality, Facilities, Interior Design, Sales or Customer Relations.
- Strong communication, organisational skill, and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences.
- An empathetic nature, strong communication skills and a solution oriented approach.
- Equipped to learn and understand legislation and the ability to stay up to date with market trends and changes.
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines, with the ability to be resilient and adaptable to change.
- Software and computer proficiency, and the competence to learn new systems quickly.
