Role Responsibilities:
- Ability to foster productive staff relationships and enhance overall outcomes through effective management and leadership of a small team.
- Proficient in collaborative work within team environments and adept at working with diverse groups and levels within a school.
- Capable of both independent work and cooperative contributions to programming, assessing, registration, and reporting processes.
- Skilled in integrating 21st century skills into educational programming.
- Able to demonstrate expertise in pedagogy and the implementation of motivational classroom practices.
- Be proficient in designing dynamic and engaging programs with a focus on providing numerous ICT opportunities for student learning.
- Being in the role of PDHPE Teacher - Secondary - Food Technology, you will participate with a small team across the faculty whilst having own class time
- Have the willingness to actively participate in co-curricular activities, engage in school decision-making processes, and pursue professional development opportunities.
- Dedication to upholding the ethos of Christian Education, along with a commitment to promoting and supporting the Christian Foundation of the College.
Relevant Qualification & Experience:
- Possesses a pertinent Tertiary Degree qualification covering PDHPE Teacher - Secondary - Food Technology and hold current NESA registration.
- Have your WWCC up to date
- Proficient in current NSW curriculum and skilled in curriculum development.
- Demonstrated track record of experience and successful performance in various portfolios within a school environment.
- Display leadership experience and successful outcomes of leading a small team
- Active and supportive of the ethos of the school and Christian faith
