Our client is in search of a tenacious **Store Manager** to lead their **Orange** location. This store specialises in curating beautiful, budget-friendly furniture to complete ALL homes. Since its inception in 1985, it has evolved into a loyal presence across Australia and New Zealand, now boasting 56 stores. Their commitment to customers is paramount, consistently delivering unparalleled service.

**Requirements**:

- Previous management experience
- Previous furniture experience
- Effective communication skills
- Able to address challenges that arise within the store
- Effective time management skills
- Adaptable to new trends, technologies and shifts in customer preferences

**Responsibilities**:

- Ensuring sales targets of the team are achieved
- Monitoring and guaranteeing stock levels of products are available
- Running the day-to-day store operations
- Arranging furniture displays and to optimise the customer shopping experience
- Providing ongoing training and development for staff members
- Building and maintaining strong customer relationships
