**Responsibilities**:

- Supporting the Restaurant and Bar Manager in all aspects of the day to day running of Food and Beverage
- Ensuring exceptional guest experiences
- Training fellow bar staff in delivering outstanding service
- Assisting the Restaurant and Bar Manager in ensuring compliance
- Aid the Restaurant and Bar Manager in procurement and inventory management
- Collaborate with the Restaurant and Bar Manager in scheduling staff
- Contribute to the on-boarding and training of new bar team members

**Requirements**:

- Current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA)
- Previous experience in a supervisory or management role within the hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- A positive attitude and a passion for providing outstanding customer service.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required.
