As a **Casual Agribusiness Direct Service Associate** you will build a strong connection with existing customers while strengthening the business relationship. Working closely with the Agribusiness Senior Manager, you will deliver a high level of customer service that meet the customer’s needs, and the Bank’s risk appetite.

As a Casual, you will get to do:

- Communicate with Agri customers to verify information relating to their business and banking requirements,
- Complete scripted annual customer reviews, taking appropriate action with customers as directed,
- Update and maintain customer profiles and documentation accurately.

This is a **Casual** position for initially **4-month** period based in our **Docklands** Offices, supporting a strategic customer project. All applicants must be available to work **30+ hours per week** within standard business hours. This is an excellent opportunity to network and start to build your knowledge of Bendigo Bank products and services.
