Regional Manager

Our client, a leading company in the manufacturing and promotion of Stockfeed items, is looking for a dedicated individual to oversee the growth and continuous prosperity of their business by closely collaborating with National Management, Territory Managers, and end users.
As a direct report to the General Manager, you will develop and execute a strategic business plan encompassing sales targets and expenses, aiming to surpass the projected profits for your area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitoring and overseeing sales of primary products
- Supervising the sales team, conducting evaluations and creating development strategies
- Forecasting demand for key products
- Conducting business planning and assessments with key customers
- Ensuring optimal functionality of logistics and customer service operations
- Compiling and presenting monthly regional reports, including business evaluations and competitive assessments
The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, management, and exceptional communication abilities, both verbal and written, supported by a proven track record in achieving sales targets. With a reliable work ethic and effective time management skills, you should possess outstanding interpersonal skills and the capability to negotiate proficiently across various distribution levels, coupled with excellent IT proficiency.
