About the opportunity
At Mercy Health, you’ll become part of a proud history built on over 100 years of expertise, skill and care. As Invoice Checking Officer, you’ll use your attention to detail and administration skills to help achieve even more for all who need us.
The Homecare division currently services over 6000 clients in our community, whilst this is a back of house role, the work you will do truly makes a difference to our clients and our teams who support them.
This is a casual role sitting within the super Administration, Business Systems and Support team. You will be required to match and process invoices to our Client Management System (currently Carelink+)
The role is fast paced and requires a keen eye for detail.
Flexible hours and work from home or multiple office locations available.

To thrive in this role, you will have:
- Excellent time management, organisational and communication skills, with the ability to adapt and problem solve- Attention to detail and ability to follow complex processes with limited errors- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
Highly regarded:
- Previously worked in Finance or Accounts Payable function- Any experience in Carelink+ Or Technology One
You will also be required to provide evidence of, or in the process of obtaining:
- A current Police Record Check
