Our client is a leading specialist in equipment manufacturing and has been in operation for over 60 years. As a result of substantial and ongoing company growth, they are currently seeking to add a Customer Service Admin to their strong team.

**What will this position entail?**
This position will see you responsible for being the first point of contact for customers over the phone, assisting with the following duties:

- Organising quotes and purchase orders.
- Liaising with different internal departments on the availability of their products for customers.
- Updating customers on the timeframe and product progress.
- Resolving any customer issues and answering all queries.
