**Do you have what it takes to become a Smartgroup HRIS Specialist**
- We are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy HRIS Specialist to join our Human Resources team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimising our HRIS system SuccessFactors to ensure the efficient handling of employee data, streamline HR processes, and provide insightful analytics to support strategic decision-making._

To be successful at Smartgroup:

- You will be proficient with HRIS software specifically SuccessFactors and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Possess strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to collaborate with HR and IT teams to implement system upgrades, enhancements, and integrations.
- Advanced Excel user with a strong ability to create and interpret complex spreadsheets.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Someone who has a problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing issues.
