HRIS Specialist / Manager - 12 month role

- North Sydney offices with some WFH flexibility

Exciting opportunity to join this Global fashion retail business during a time of system improvement and change. As HRIS Manager, you will oversee and maintain all the HRIS modules including HR, Recruitment, Payroll, Talent development and Rostering. With responsibility with managing expectation of key stakeholders within the business to ensure the local effectiveness of this system and its business implementation.

Main responsibilities include HR system Maintenance, System development and vendor controls as follows:

- Ensure the successful improvements and delivery of the HRIS system changes with a focus on the Onboarding and Remuneration modules
- Work closely with Key stakeholders to understand problems and work solutions through with SAP consultants and Global contacts
- Effectively plan, prioritise and communicate with Key stakeholders around changes ensuring defined and achievable timeframes on deliverables
- Liaise with global system developers and local vendors
- Manage the relationship with head of departments to ensure getting best use of the new system
- Manage the budget and usage of different vendors
- Maintain key data such as Time and attendance, Organisation structure, Employee master data, Positions, Salary grades & rates, Allowances, Leave entitlements
- Support different stakeholders using the system from HR, finance and IT systems
- Support business requests for data and/or system reports
- Assist payroll team to update the system according to legislation and business needs

What you need to bring to the role:

- Solid experience in implementation of HRIS system within large global business, SuccessFactors HRIS will be highly regarded
- In-depth knowledge of HRIS processes and procedures
- High level of business and commercial acumen
- Knowledge of HR and recruitment practices and systems
- Understanding of the impact of payroll and links to the financial and other systems
- Knowledge and understanding of Awards, EBA's & Legislation
