**In order to be considered for this role you will need great skills with these tasks**:

- Preparing property vacate reports and assessing properties for bond disbursement to tenants and landlords.
- Providing professional advice to landlords and tenants.
- Providing guidance to a Property Officer that will work closely with you and the management of the portfolio.
- Conducting Tribunal Hearings
- Managing the arrears
- Experience in Trust Accounting and Mid-Month & End of Month processing.

You will have the support of a Business Development Manager along with a Team of other Property Managers/Assistant Property Managers and Admin.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Subcontract, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 25 per week
