**YOUR OPPORTUNITY**

We have an exciting opportunity for a **System & Process Improvement Specialist** to join our high performing Warehouse/Distribution Centre team in **Greystanes NSW.**

Reporting to the State Distribution Manager, and working closely with internal and external stakeholders, this role will see you lead and support the business with implementation, training, and process improvements relating to Dynamics and Operational systems.

Your key responsibilities include, but not limited to:

- Dynamics training & implementations
- Dynamics benefits realization CI projects
- Process mapping/Procedure development to reflect changes
- IT shopfloor changes to suit system enhancements to Dynamics/RFS etc
- Development and implementation of Operational reporting system
- Other Continuous Improvement Opportunities
- Rollout of training for Dynamics in other locations/Operations as deemed appropriate
- Assist State Inventory Manager as and where required i.e. system clean up, GIT, SHORT, RTS, RMA, processes

To be successful, you will have:

- Planning skills
- Warehouse experience
- RF picking experience (desirable)
- Basic numeracy skills
- Basic verbal skills
- Basic literacy
- Manage complaints
- Manage time and priorities
- Negotiates win/win outcomes
- Technology management
- Automation experience
- Microsoft Dynamics (must)
- KPI management experience
- Attention to detail
- Listening/Communication skills
