**YOUR OPPORTUNITY**

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced** Quality Coordinator** to join our team

In this hands-on role, you will support and lead a wide range of activities, including incident reporting, risk management, continuous improvement and data analysis. Your expertise and diligence as a QA professional will help us deliver accurate reports to our key stakeholders and meet all safety, quality, ethical and environmental requirements.

***Your key responsibilities include, but not limited to:

- Lead all product quality investigations to root cause and implement sustainable improvements
- Provide reporting and trend analysis support and perform regulatory and standard reviews
- Facilitate and drive the supplier risk management assurance program
- Deliver CI projects across quality, compliance and responsible sourcing (such as chemical handling, raw material due diligence, internal and external audits and sustainable material assessments)

To be successful, you will have:

- 5+ years’ experience in quality assurance / product risk / technical assessments/ product development / incident management in a sourcing, retail, manufacturing, hard goods or pharmaceutical environment
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in quality, science, mechanical or industrial engineering
- Experience in root cause analysis, risk identification, mitigation, solution finding and technical competence
- Strong research skills and ability to interpret standards and regulations and excellent reporting and analytical skills
- Project management and execution skills through proven continuous improvement initiatives (raw material, customer feedback and complaint management, auditing, process mapping)
- Responsible Sourcing such as FSC, BCI, EESS and Sedex or Social Auditing tools is advantageous
