**YOUR OPPORTUNITY**

Due to exciting growth in the business, we are looking for dynamic **Inventory Solutions Specialist **to join our team based in **Sydney NSW**.

The role will be responsible for driving and implementing Blackwoods On Site Vending & VMI Services for our customers in NSW.

Your key responsibilities include, but not limited to:

- Development and implementation of On-Site Services including **(**_Vendor Managed Inventory, Vending Machines, On Site Solutions and Shutdowns_**)**:

- Review and improve the quality of current On-site services
- Ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction is maintained by resolving customer complaints and queries
- Work collaboratively and strategically with the Blackwoods Sales and Operations teams and technical supply partners
- Be a proactive member of the specialist solutions team providing new ideas and initiatives to further improve the services we provide to our customers in NSW

To be successful, you will have:

- Experienced sales professional in an industrial environment
- Exceptional relationship management and trustworthy communication style
- Outstanding customer service with strong networking skills
- Proven experience in leading, negotiating and managing internal and external stakeholders
- Superior knowledge of sales concepts and negotiation, commercial focus, problem solving skills.
- Ability to travel locally and regionally (NSW) as required
