**About the Role**

Our Corporate Support Group has an exciting opportunity for an experienced and motivated individual to join our Parts team in the position of Master Data Specialist, who masters in accuracy of records and continuous improvement whilst maintain the integrity of our ERP system.

This position is based at our Parramatta head office with a flexible working arrangement.

Reporting to the Master Data Specialist - Team Leader, your responsibilities will include:

- Assist Master Data team with maintaining data across ERP system by entering new or updated information as requested.
- Maintain our contract pricing in line with policy levels. Update parts pricing and margins.
- Support the preparation of various reports and system maintenance weekly, monthly as required.
- Help maintain documentation of Master Data processes.
- Assist in seeking process improvements and analytics in error detection and process control. Maintain accurate pricing and margins.
- Keep a good working relationship with customers, peers, and other departments.
- Intermediate to advance Excel skills.
- Demonstrated analytical and critical thinking skills, a team player who can work under pressure.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Reasonable level of ability to manipulate and interpret data and ability to initiate changes.
- A few years of work experience, working in a similar role in a medium to large organisation.
- Experience with large ERP system is advantageous.
