**Your new role**

We have an exciting opportunity for a Field Sales Manager to join our high performing team based in Ultimo. Reporting to the Business Unit Sales Manager, you will be primarily responsible for the management, target achievement and development of a key team of Sales personnel within the defined region. This will include:

- Managing and mentoring a small team of 3
- Driving your team to attain new business and strategic growth of large accounts
- Accountable for communicating organizational and strategic goals and objectives
- Ongoing management of the team’s opportunity
- Preparing and submitting regular market intelligence
- Working with your team on tender actions and competitor activity reports
- Responsible for the management of your team’s accounts pipeline
- Collaborate with internal commercial and other relevant teams on tenders
- Educating your team to pursuit the correct market

**Skills and experience**
- Experience in the field and managing large accounts
- Ability to mentor and drive team to success
- Strong commercial acumen
- Ability to manage time and competing priorities
- Excellent negotiations skills and strong customer service ethics
- Strong ability in networking and marketing
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Able to communicate effectively across all levels of the business both internally and externally
- Tertiary qualification within business/ marketing is highly desirable
