**YOUR ROLE**

**THE IDEAL CANDIDATE**

To excel in this role, you should have prior experience as a National Sales Manager, strong interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to forge robust relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Familiarity with wholesale industrial consumables, lifting, safety, or PPE markets is advantageous.

Responsibilities include achieving national sales results, reporting market intelligence and customer requirements to management, managing and expanding the existing customer base, and actively pursuing new business opportunities.

Key qualifications:

- Exceptional people management, time management, organizational, and sales skills
- Proven track record in new customer acquisition and account management
- Sales growth experience with medium to large wholesale customers
- High level of customer service focus
- Eagerness to learn and drive growth
- Positive and enthusiastic approach
