Creative Director

We're seeking a highly skilled Art Director to join our team at AKQA. As a creative thinker, you'll be responsible for bringing your perspective to create and build on ideas, producing outstanding work that exceeds client expectations.
As a champion of ideas, you'll rally behind their author, seeking out ways to change behavior, challenge media use, and push for new ideas. Your experience will see you working closely with clients, building rapport, and selling the best ideas we offer.
Key Responsibilities- Take ownership of creative, artistic, and cultural trends, using them to inform your work and drive innovation.
- Collaborate with Copywriters to develop and execute creative ideas that meet client briefs and exceed expectations.
- Direct all aspects of art, ensuring visual consistency, quality, and alignment across communication channels.
- Work with suppliers and internal teams to ensure high-quality outcomes and take responsibility for the quality of finished work.
- Participate in new business pitches and strengthen client relationships by attending client meetings and contributing to thought leadership.
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- A portfolio showcasing outstanding campaigns and projects.
- Abreast with the latest advertising and creative trends, techniques, and developments.
- Commercial skills to understand client business and industry contexts.
- Strong presentation and objection handling skills.
