Channels & Partnership Lead

We are looking for a **Channel & Partnership Lead** to join our Australia team. Bring your ideas—the wilder and the crazier, the better — and establish Flo as the go-to renewable energy retailer in the region.

Hi, we’re Flo, and we are on a mission to switch as many people and businesses as possible to clean, renewable energy.
We do that by making clean energy as cheap as conventional energy, investing in smart technology to reduce our operating costs and passing the savings to our members. And yes, it's not impossible.
We are pushing boundaries and breaking conventions of the traditional electricity retailer. To do so, we are looking for like-minded people who share our passion for technology and sustainability. You might be the one we are looking for
**What you will be doing**:
- Identify, establish, and build new productive relationships with brokers and sales channel partners and negotiate partnership agreements.
- Collaborate with different teams to maintain and build a pipeline of relationships with potential partners, taking the responsibility for the relationship throughout all stages
- Develop broker and sales channel partnership strategies in accordance with sales and marketing plans
- Customise strategies for partners and develop new partnerships to increase market share
- Train sales channel partners on Flo’s energy plans, and track, report and enhance the performance and compliance of partnerships
- Produce monthly reporting of sales / forecast information
- Assist the Flo Energy Australia Management team and in particular Head of Sales in broker and sales channel partners’ acquisition
- Help establish broker and sales channel management processes and best practices to deliver best in class sales channel management and support the rest of the organisation
- Collaborate with legal, compliance, and operations team to deliver an exceptional and compliant customer experience
- Manage any other ad-hoc communications projects
- Stay up to date with industry trends, attending conferences, networking events, and other industry events to build your knowledge and expand your network (for example to establish new broker and sales channel partners arrangements).-
- At least three (3) years of relevant sales channel management experience and feel you have what it takes to be successful in this role
- Self-starter attitude with records of solid commercial achievements and success in driving hyper
- growth
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Salesforce, Confluence, Jira and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- Strong interpersonal and management skills to collaborate and create excitement through value addition
- Ability to excel independently with a strong sense of ownership
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Interest in renewable energy
- Extra points if you:
- Have relevant exposure to the energy market
- Possess an understanding of cross-functional processes and financial concepts related to sales and cost to serve
- Are creative and able to examine our practices and find new growth opportunities to explore
- Are experienced with setting up sales tools and infrastructure to support the rest of the organisation
