- Lead and mentor a team of talented Spine Specialists
- Drive operational excellence and efficiency by implementing best practices, streamlining processes, and optimising team performance.

As a vital part of our **Spine Division,** you will be an experienced leader with a proven track record of driving operational efficiency and team success. Skilled in medical devices, optimising processes, ensuring compliance, and fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement. Ready to lead our team to new heights, making a meaningful impact and driving excellence within our Spine Division and organisation.
**Experience required**:
- Leadership Experience:
- Proven track record in a leadership role or supervisory role within Reverse Logistics, Medical Devices (loan kits) or similar.
- Experience managing and mentoring a team, with demonstrated ability to inspire, motivate, and develop team members.
- Reverse Logistics/loan kit Expertise:
- In-depth understanding of reverse logistics/loan kit processes, including receiving, inspection, testing, repair, and repackaging
- Strong Knowledge of industry best practices, regulations and standards related to reverse logistics/loan kit operations
- Operations excellence:
- Demonstrated ability to drive operational efficiency and process improvements in reverse logistics/loan kits
- Experience optimising workflow, reducing costs, and maximising resource utilisation.
- Problem-solving skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with track record in effectively resolving complex logistic challenges.
- Ability to identify root causes of issues and implement practical solution's in a timely manner.
- Customer Focus:
- Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and satisfaction in reverse logistics/loan kit operations.
- Patient first always mindset
- Experience managing customer relationships, addressing customer inquiries, and resolving issues to ensure customer needs are met.
- Regulatory Compliance:
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance standards relevant to reverse logistics/loan kits, such as TGA regulations and ISO standards.
- Experience maintaining accurate documentation, records, and reporting to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Continuous Improvement Mindset:
- Proven ability to drive culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the reverse logistics team
- Willingness to stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices to enhance operational effectiveness.
