**What you will be doing**Work for this international, well-known organisation with a forward thinking culture where organisation and accuracy will be second nature to you, your diverse duties includes tasks such as:

- You will work to support the Retail Development team to enhance the aftersales support functions through a variety of projects
- Provide ad-hoc personal assistance to the VP of the department
- Support the development and execution of strategies to increase partnerships and retail networks
- Actively contribute in team meetings to support team and business outcomes
- Identify continuous improvement opportunities

**Do you have what it takes... **To succeed in this role you will have:

- Previous experience in a similar business support administrator or PA role
- Experience with SharePoint or other similar tool (use of SharePoint, organizing info, planning, document library)
- You will be highly organised and be able to work autonomously and take ownership of your role
- Ideally you will have experience in either the automotive, production, manufacturing or logistics sector
- Have an active 'hands on approach' with excellent communication
- Great with IT and a good understanding and experience with Microsoft suite - Excel, PowerPoint, Word
