CGov, part of the Avant Group, is an Australian company that provides fully automated business process solutions for healthcare professionals. Our no-code platform and methodology enables Cgov to respond quickly and efficiently to the changing demands in healthcare.

We are looking for a friendly and organised receptionist/administrator to join our Brisbane team. You will be responsible for providing administrative support to the team and ensuring the smooth operation of the office.

This is a permanent position, working part time 2 days per week (Thursday and Friday).

**The role**:

- Answering the phone
- Calendar management
- Arranging meetings
- Booking travel
- Scanning and filing of documents
- Managing office stock (stationary, fruit, etc.)
- Check the PO Box
- Arrange weekly morning teas
- Arranging office events
