**About the Role/Duties**:
You'll play a big role in shaping the future of IT for this company and will be trusted and empowered as second in charge to the CIO. Skills & Experience

**You'll ideally have**:
Minimum of seven years' experience in a similar Applications Manager, Head of Applications or Business Systems Manager role in medium/large sized organisations;
Extensive ERP (SAP, Oracle D365) experience and CRM experience (Salesforce);
Proven vendor management skills;
You will be authentic, self-aware, emotionally mature and a team player with high energy, ambition and drive;
You will have exemplary stakeholder engagement skills and will be a natural influencer and relationship builder at executive level;
You will be action orientated and collaborative with a strong orientation to outstanding service; and

Above all else, you will have a friendly, positive attitude with strong presentation and facilitation skills.
