About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Application Manager to join our team at a2 Milk Company. As an Application Manager, you will be responsible for owning and managing our global enterprise applications within the IT portfolio.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee all groupwide enterprise applications, including Oracle Fusion Cloud (Finance, EPM, HCM, and Supply Chain modules).
  • Manage the lifecycle of enterprise applications, including development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
  • Collaborate closely with business subject matter experts and third-party stakeholders to ensure the effective running, maintenance, and enhancement of our SaaS solutions portfolio.
  • Advocate for a zero-customisation approach and 'adopt not adapt' policy for applications.
  • Manage change control for the application portfolio, ensuring seamless integration and minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Collaborate with IT teams (integration, project delivery, cyber security, and service delivery) to ensure alignment and effective communication.
  • Identify and manage application risks and issues, ensuring timely resolution and minimal impact on business operations.
  • Provide regular status reports to governance forums and stakeholders, ensuring transparency and accountability.
  • Ensure ITGC application controls and participate in annual audits, ensuring compliance and adherence to regulatory requirements.
  • Manage license reviews and establish a regular review process, ensuring optimal utilization and cost-effectiveness.
  • Oversee budget management and participate in monthly finance reviews, ensuring alignment with business objectives and strategic priorities.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in Application Management is essential.
  • Proven ability to manage relationships with internal stakeholders at all levels, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
  • Experience in managing third-party service providers, ensuring seamless integration and minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Strong capability to influence stakeholders and navigate complex landscapes, ensuring alignment with business objectives and strategic priorities.
  • Clear and concise communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex information and ensure effective communication.
  • Experience in managing and improving large-scale ERP, HCM, EPM, and SCM solutions, ensuring optimal utilization and cost-effectiveness.
  • Solid understanding of integration and data analytics architectures, ensuring seamless integration and minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Preferable experience with Oracle Cloud ERP, HCM, EPM, and SCM, ensuring optimal utilization and cost-effectiveness.
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, ensuring timely resolution and minimal impact on business operations.
