Lightspeed is searching for a dynamic and highly organised **Office Manager in Sydney**. The role combines exceptional organisational skills, top-notch interpersonal abilities, and an unwavering attention to detail, to fully manage our Sydney office.

As a crucial member of our **Operations team**, you'll play a vital role in coordinating office activities, managing supplier relationships, and ensuring a seamless working environment.

**What you'll be doing**:

- Serving as the friendly and professional first point of contact, representing the face of our office.
- Maintaining a clean and organised workspace, ensuring adherence to Lightspeed's high standards.
- Managing office supplies and pantry inventory, as well as processing invoices.
- Handling the scheduling and coordination of meeting rooms.
- Planning and executing engaging events and social activities to foster a vibrant office culture.
- Coordinating various fun initiatives such as birthdays, weekly drinks, and departmental celebrations.
- Be the go to for the region's Culture Club to help brainstorm and facilitate planning exciting office events
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with vendors, identifying the best fit for Lightspeed.
- Providing local oversight and coordination of property and facilities management, reporting to the Facilities team, assisting with related projects
- Efficiently reviewing, prioritising, and redistributing work when necessary.
- Scheduling regular maintenance to ensure our office remains a top-notch workspace.
- Handling incoming and outgoing mail, including shipping and courier services for the team.
- Manage Operations tickets for staff request, including onboarding orientation

And a little bit of
- Assisting the APAC IT team with ad hoc coordination and support requests

**What you need to bring**:

- Previous experience in an administration, office coordination or management, hospitality, or related experience
- Desired but not essential experience in facilities and project management
- You are natural at building relationships with all levels within the business and hold exceptional interpersonal skills

- Having excellent time management and organisational skills, with a knack for multitasking and prioritisation, in a fast paced environment
- Ability to learn new tasks/systems, and update/streamline processes
- Being a proactive problem solver who demonstrates a motivated approach to addressing challenges and taking initiative when needed.
- Displaying a resilient attitude towards an ever changing sometimes high-pressure situation/environment
